CPanel includes a web-based PostgreSQL management tool called phpPgAdmin.
This tool allows you to manage all aspects of your database structure and

To manage PostgreSQL databases using phpPgAdmin:
Click on the PostgreSQL databases button on the home
page.
Click on the phpPgAdmin link at the base of the window.
